Mom know the purrfect places to scritch to achieve
a relaxed elevator from me and I like to show her
how much I appreciate these by purring and then
I like to headbutt her and lick her hand as thanks
It is a good way to show some positive reinforcement
with and let her know how much I love her and
get additional pets. I give little licks to Mom's hand
while headbutting her as this is a way to express
happiness with the scritches.
Of course when there is mutual scritchin' there are
rumbly purrs of contentment. It is one of my favorite
things to do with Mom.
You two are having a lovely relaxing time!
ReplyDeleteThe elevator hiney is one of our favorite maneuvers! MOL!
ReplyDeleteBinga uses some of the same training techniques as you do, Willow!
ReplyDeletePositive re-enforcement is very important when training humans in the art of giving scritches.
ReplyDeleteThe Paw Relations
We see that you have your Mom trained just right Willow.
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
I can feel the happy from both of you clear over here!!!
ReplyDeleteMutual scritching! That's purrfect!
ReplyDeleteAww.. Cute title.. Thanks for sharing.. I'm a new blogger... Do visit my blog.. http://kitchenserenity.blogspot.in/
ReplyDeleteThat is sweet, willow. I can see how content you both are.
ReplyDeleteWillow, you are an artist!! Does mom do rumbly purrs too? ;)
ReplyDeleteThe Relaxed Elevator! We'll have to work with our Mommy to achieve that one, it's at Expert level.
ReplyDeleteThat last pic is so cute. I like to bite TW's hand when she tries to scritch me.
ReplyDeleteYou are very generous kitty with an altruistic streak! I nefur worry about rewarding my Human for scritches or brushies. Just my allowing her to touch me at all is reward enough as far as I'm concerned. (I don't bite her, though, like CK does!) I am not THAT mean!
ReplyDeleteHi Willow oh yes indeedy headbutts, scratches and purrs make for a happy pair on any day. You are looking very lovely too!
ReplyDeleteHugs Madi your BFFF
looks like you're enjoying that,xx Speedy
ReplyDeletePositive reinforcement is the best way to train the Mommy! And purrs always make them want to reach for the treats. MOL.
ReplyDeleteA little love bite every once in a while works too! And then they have something to smile and talk about.
ReplyDeleteThat's a whole lot of contentment and happiness right there! :)
ReplyDeleteWe agree - we have found humans to be (for the most part) eminently trainable in that manner!
